Hi,

If we haven't met before I'm Dr Ib and I'm the Ortho PLAYBOOK (O.P.) Coach,

I'm a Specialist Orthodontist and I love transformations — whether it's from a set of unloved teeth to a contagious smile or a from an uncertain clinician to one with lots of confident.... I love to be a part of it!

When I started my orthodontic training I was definitely overwhelmed! I honestly felt like the more I learned, the more cautious I became and I soon realised that treatment planning is everything—it can make or break a case. I truly believe that the most important skill you need to learn in orthodontics is decision making as there are countless ways to get it right… or very wrong; but don't worry I'm here to help you get it right with the Ortho PLAYBOOK.

This is MY SIGNATURE APPROACH to treatment planning and decision making (which I'm constantly refining). I call it the Ortho PLAYBOOK because I see my approach as a “game plan” for treatment planning.

In sports, a playbook is a collection of strategies and tactics designed to give an edge, anticipate challenges, and drive success. Here, you’ll find the same approach—laid out clearly, with foundational principles, techniques, and methods that I’ve honed over years of practice. I’ve spent countless hours distilling everything I know into straightforward tools and strategies so you can get a head start and jump straight into tried-and-tested approaches to treatment planning that have given me excellent, reliable results.
